Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 October 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of another.ie and its related services (the "Service"), operated by David Behan in Ireland ("Another.ie", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Another.ie tracks and publishes information about recently deleted and expiring .ie domain names, and lets registered users save domains to a watchlist.
Another.ie is an independent service. We are not a domain registrar and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the .IE Domain Registry (.IE) or any accredited registrar. We do not register, sell or reserve domain names.
2. Accuracy of information
Domain information on the Service is gathered from public and third-party sources and is provided for general information only. Domain status can change at any time, and we do not guarantee that any information is accurate, complete or up to date, or that a domain shown as deleted or available can be registered. Always confirm availability with an accredited .ie registrar before making any decision.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at admin@another.ie if you suspect unauthorised use.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download data from the Service, or access it by automated means, without our prior written permission;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures or access controls;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers or networks;
- use information from the Service to infringe the trade marks or other rights of others, including cybersquatting or abusive domain registrations;
- resell, republish or commercially exploit the Service or its data without our consent;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, software, text, graphics, logos and the compilation of its data, is owned by or licensed to Another.ie and is protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own purposes in line with these Terms. Domain names and trade marks referred to on the Service belong to their respective owners.
6. Third-party services and links
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services, such as registrars, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close your account, or restrict your access to the Service, if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use is harmful to the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Another.ie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, business, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any reliance on domain information or any failure to register a domain.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
11. Privacy
Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last changed. Where changes are significant, we will notify registered users by email or on the site. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
